Medicaid, Medicare, and Latinx communities are less likely to receive timely colorectal cancer diagnoses, often due to barriers such as transportation access, language differences, and lack of preventive screening. As a result, colorectal cancer is more frequently detected at later stages, when treatment options are more limited and outcomes are less favorable. Our mission is to educate at risk populations about low cost preventative measures and make colorectal cancer detection easier to navigate.
